  The last 4 times I've came here, the coffee has been horrible, even with me asking for extra cream and sugar. Obviously, when you have an employee who keeps forgetting orders because he was overwhelmed with taking them and making everything by himself, this is the result. Also, how do you run out of creamer at 8:30 AM? Poorly managed and run.

  I hate to be like this, because I truly love Dunkin, but this location consistently has problems. They can't keep their staff at work and the turn over is crazy. This causes slow orders, orders that aren't correct, or long waits. I can drive a few miles down the street to the Lorraine location and be in and out in under 3 minutes. I hope this location can get a secure staff and get their stuff together. I would rather go to them since it's on my way to work. They had a killer new manager for a few weeks,but I haven't seen her in awhile and things have gone downhill again.
